Whether you’re completely new to meditation or returning after time away, this session offers practical guidance on how to begin, build confidence, and experience the benefits of a calmer, more focused mind. Through clear explanations and gentle practice, you’ll gain tools you can use in daily life to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace.

No prior experience is needed — everyone is welcome.

Session 1: 1 - 2:15 pm

Break: 2:15 - 2:45 pm

Session 2: 2:45 - 4 pm
