Join us for a relaxing and inspiring Saturday course designed for anyone interested in learning how to meditate. Whether you're completely new or just want to refresh your practice, this course will guide you step by step through the basics of meditation from a Buddhist perspective.

You’ll learn practical techniques to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and gain a sense of clarity and inner calm. Taught by an experienced teacher, this course offers a gentle introduction to the art of meditation and how to begin building a consistent, meaningful practice.

Session 1: 1 - 2:15pm
Break: 2:15 - 2:45pm
Session 2: 2:45 - 4pm

Additional Opportunities to Learn:
If you're unable to attend on June 25, don't worry—additional Learn to Meditate classes are offered on July 12 and August 23. Each session will explore new angles and techniques, making them engaging and informative for returning students, while still being accessible to newcomers. You're welcome to attend any or all of them!
