January 2nd - 4th

 

Discover the beauty of meditating on the basics of Buddhism and lift your mind out of the ordinary. The two main trainings on the path to enlightenment, compassion and wisdom, depend upon a solid foundation of basic Buddhist practices.

Friday, 2nd:

Introduction: 6:30 - 7:45pm

Saturday, 3rd:

Session 1: 8 - 9:15am

Session 2: 1 - 2:15pm
Session 3: 3 - 4:15pm
Wishfulfilling Jewel Prayer with Tsog Offerings: 6:30 - 7:30pm (Optional)


Sunday, 4th:
Session 1: 8 - 9:15am

Session 2: 1 - 2:15pm
Session 3: 3 - 4:15pm
