Meditation and a Meal;
Nourishment for Your Mind and Body

A special evening out with a relaxing guided meditation followed by a delicious home-cooked vegetarian meal.

The evening begins with a simple, guided meditation to help you unwind at the end of a busy week. Let go of the stresses and tensions of daily life and settle into a sense of inner peace.

Afterwards, enjoy a tasty vegetarian meal with recipes from around the world, shared in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Our meals are prepared, cooked, and served by a small group of kind volunteers. Because of this, we are only able to offer two meal options for this event: vegetarian or vegan.

Please note that while we do our best to prepare wholesome vegetarian food, meals are prepared in a shared kitchen and we are unable to guarantee gluten-free, allergen-free, or other specialized dietary accommodations.
