Meditations on Impermanence

OCT 11-14 at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon

Williams, Arizona

On this retreat, we will explore Buddha’s deep and profound meditations on impermanence, in particular subtle impermanence. Understanding the truth of impermanence helps us relate to ourselves and the world around us in a flexible and light way. We let go of the past and stay centered in the present.

Many of us carry the pain of the past with us like a bundle of thorns on our back, while in reality, we are changing constantly. On this retreat, we’ll learn to relate to every moment as being fresh and new. When we realize this through the power of meditation our whole life begins to change. Every day carries new possibilities, we have more love for the people around us, and more joy within our hearts.

 Everyone is welcome!"
