Mixing With Mantra: Inner Protection, Inner Power

June 7-9 at the International Kadampa Retreat Center Grand Canyon

Williams, Arizona

This joint retreat with KMC Arizona, KMC Phoenix and KMC New Mexico will explore a special meditation where we will learn to mix our breathing with the powerful mantra of all Buddhas. Meditation with this mantra has the power to protect us from negative minds, deepen our good hearts of love and compassion, increase our spiritual energy, and ripen the seeds of our Buddha nature swiftly.

A retreat is a special opportunity to get away from our normal problems and daily routines and immerse ourselves in joyful meditation in the blessed environment of the World Peace Temple. This practice is suitable for people of all levels of experience. Each session will include a brief talk, prayers for meditation, and guided meditation. Everyone is welcome!"
