Set aside an afternoon to slow down and reconnect. In this introductory course, you’ll be guided through the essentials of meditation in a relaxed and supportive setting.

Whether you’re completely new to meditation or returning after time away, this session offers practical guidance on how to begin, build confidence, and experience the benefits of a calmer, more focused mind. Through clear explanations and gentle practice, you’ll gain tools you can use in daily life to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace.

No prior experience is needed — everyone is welcome.

Saturday, 28th:

Session 1: 1 - 2:15 pm

Break: 2:15 - 2:45 pm

Session 2: 2:45 - 4 pm
