Power of Vows
Followed by Refuge & Bodhisattva Vows Ceremony
Saturday, March 21th, 1 - 4pm

Gen Kelsang Lingpur will teach on the meaning, purpose, and transformative power of Buddhist vows, and will grant the Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows ceremony. Through clear explanation and guided reflection, she will show how taking vows provides a stable spiritual foundation and a clear direction for our practice and daily life.

By receiving the Refuge Vows, practitioners formally place their trust in Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha as their source of guidance and protection. Through receiving the Bodhisattva Vows, they commit themselves to a life dedicated to compassion, wisdom, and the sincere wish to benefit all living beings.

This ceremony offers a powerful opportunity to deepen one’s spiritual commitment, clarify motivation, and strengthen the inner resolve to live with greater kindness, responsibility, and purpose in an increasingly complex world.

Everyone welcome.
