Simple guided meditations for daily life from the Buddhist Tradition. These guided meditations are designed to lead to inner peace and mental clarity and to increase our love and compassion for others.
Each week a Senior student will guide a meditation that consists of simple guided instructions with quiet pauses for you to focus on the meditation and experience inner peace.
