Resilience and Transformation
Outdoors, On Site and Online
with Gen Kelsang Lingpur
Thursdays
November 12 - December 17
5-6 pm
Why do some people seem to remain calm in the face of disaster while others appear to come undone? Even when facing the unimaginable, resilience allows people to find the strength to not just survive but to prosper. In Buddha's teachings we have the tools to become resilient, creative and constructive in every situation.
In this series, we will explore different levels of transforming adversity depending on what we want to accomplish. What do you really want? A happy life? A meaningful life? Profound inner freedom? Suffering on it's own has no real meaning, but if we apply spiritual teachings we walk through the doorway of transformation.
We will offer the series on site as well as online respecting all social distancing and mask protocols.
All paths are always welcome.!
