Heart Jewel

Gen Lingpur will introduce and explain the practice of Heart Jewel, the very essence of the New Kadampa Tradition of Mahayana Buddhism.

This sadhana includes two practices.  The first is a special Guru yoga that can purify negativity, accumulate merit, and receive blessings by relying upon the visualization of our Spiritual Guide as Je Tsongkhapa, a manifestation of Wisdom Buddha Manjushri.

The second practice is a method for relying upon Dorje Shugden, the Dharma Protector.  By relying upon Dorje Shugden, we can overcome obstacles to our practice and create favorable conditions that will increase our Dharma realizations and grow our faith in Je Tsongkhapa.
