Medicine Buddha Empowerment

February 17 & 18, 2023 | $65
About the Event
Who is Medicine Buddha:
Medicine Buddha is the embodiment of all enlightened healing energy. The empowerment is a beautiful guided meditation through which we’ll receive the powerful blessings and inspiration of this enlightened being.
All of us have had to deal with physical or mental illness, either our own, or that of a loved one. Where do these illnesses come from and is there a way to heal them? If we are willing to work at the deepest levels of body and mind we can remove the most subtle causes of illness through the practice of Medicine Buddha. It is said that the power of this practice becomes greater as confusion and conflict in this world increase, so this practice is especially vital for us now.
What is an Empowerment:
An Empowerment is a blissful guided meditation through which we make a special, heart-felt connection with a particular Buddha and receive their inspiration. The enlightened mind is said to be like a boundless deep ocean, every drop of which has the power to bring inner peace to living beings. Receiving an Empowerment is a means of connecting with this expansive potential inside our own mind, giving us the energy and wisdom to begin to realise our own Buddha nature.
