Kadam Lucy is appreciated for her deep wisdom, clear mind and inspiring yet practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings and meditations. She is very skilled at explaining how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives.

It is not just now during these unusual COVID times: Kids often get bored during summer vacation, adolescents notoriously get bored, people working day in and day out get bored, people with no jobs get bored and people stuck in their houses get bored.

Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of daily life. During this online half-day course, Kadam Lucy James will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our painful states of mind and deal with them more confidently and effectively. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.
